Birley Clubs - working at Head Office.

At Birley Clubs we believe in investing in future talent and creating meaningful pathways into the world of hospitality. Our apprenticeship programme is a vital part of this mission.

Each year, we proudly partner with Westminster Kingsway College to deliver the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) apprenticeship scheme, providing aspiring chefs with world-class training and hands-on experience in our kitchens.

Our apprentices gain real insight into life in some of London’s most iconic restaurants, from classic brasseries to fine dining destinations. Many of our apprentices go on to secure permanent roles across the business, continuing to grow their careers with us.

Whether it’s your first step into hospitality or a career change, our apprenticeship programme opens the door to exciting, long-term opportunities in an industry full of passion, people, and possibility.
