We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join the team of our fantastic private members’ club, George - part of The Birley Clubs.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, George offers a contemporary dining and social experience across two stylish levels: a vibrant ground floor brasserie serving seasonal, organic dishes from an open kitchen, and a relaxed bar downstairs for cocktails and conversation.

As a Barista at George, you will deliver engaging, charismatic service to our Members while preparing exceptional coffee to the highest standards, consistently and with care.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Barista
• Have some Bartender experience (training will be provided)
• Are passionate about creating fantastic coffees with the ability to advise and recommend to Members
• Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of Members and the management team
• Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
